khemsoft provides industrial cleaning & commercial cleaning services to a variety of industries. we offer a safe way to clean virtually any interior or exterior surface. khemsoft understands the needs of industry, budgets, shutdowns, vip visits, and audits; we do not charge overtime or holiday pay. you can expect exceptional work at the price we quote no matter the time, day or night, holiday shutdowns or less than a 24 hour notice. located in mt. sterling, ky we service a wide area including louisville and lexington, ky. we believe we can improve on current methods used to for most industrial applications. many industrial cleaning methods consist of high pressure, high volume water. not only is this wasteful, but the sludge is left inside the building to be cleaned up. most of these applications use a water blaster that will need 30-50 gallons of water for each minute of use. if it takes 20 minutes to clean 1 piece of equipment and you have to clean 40 per week, you will be using anywhere from 1.2 to 2 million gallons of water per year. our process uses dry ice pellets, so there would be no water usage cost to your company. less time, less water and waste = more production and profit for food processors, dry ice blasting has been documented by the food standards agency to effectively decontaminate surfaces of salmonella, e. coli, and listeria. at the same time dry ice blasting does not release harmful gases into the atmosphere.
