neary rail is a link up approved rail contractor offering construction, building, cabling and electrical services to both heavy and light rail networks. established in 1994, with offices in manchester and glasgow, we work throughout england, wales and scotland. our safety, quality and environmental management systems are certified to iso 9001:2008, iso 14001:2004 and bs ohsas 18001:2007 and in early 2015 we gained a principal contractor licence from network rail. we have a proven track record of successfully delivering rail projects including: lineside civils, cabling and utx’s brickwork and structural repairs to retaining walls, tunnels, culverts and gantries trackside drainage and earthworks new cable bridge installation civils and electrical installations on stations level crossing maintenance, refurbishment and installation access point and depot works including fencing, gates, steps, roadways and hard standings alh, surface finishes and paving for embedded rail networks building refurbishment and building services electrical services project management and site support we believe in building long lasting relationships with our clients and aim to be seen as the “reliable, flexible and honest contractor of choice”. we aim to do this by: doing what we say we will, and never promising what we can’t deliver working to a high quality working safely listening to our clients' needs being willing to change our plans communicating openly and regularly with our clients ensuring our staff work with integrity and diligence
